If you ask us to carry out the following services for you as our customer / client, we’ll try to do the best we can.
1- We can pick you up ; in other words , we can collect you from Dalaman International Airport when you give us your flight information. Based on your wish , we can make either a hotel reservation or guest house in Dalyan or Dalaman . We’ll keeep you company to tour you throught Dalyan, Dalaman Göcek , Sarıgerme. During this tour , if you have decided which district ot town best suits you ,we will take you on a viewing tour show you plots of land we might think you find interesting.
2- Land categorization in Turkey can be complicated with many potential pitfalls for the unwary buyer.
3- If you interested in buying a land or house , flat , villa, so on , we can sign a contract which is approved by the notary public. To make a legal agreement with us to work with us or to vest us with authority; taht’s give us your power to fulfill your property isssues in Turkey on yuor behalf and in your name certified by the notary public to the District of Ortaca or Dalaman , a solicitor who can speak English well will help you. His consultant fee will be covered by you , and subsequently, we ask you for 650 pouds as a deposit.
4- If you make up your mind about a plot of land , you are to pay in either in cash or give us your power to withdraw that Money from your account at the bank in Ortaca or Dalaman . Then we will start the legal procedure to get the title deed in your behalf . It will take you about 90 days to complete your police investigation to enable you to get your title deed. It is a need for foreigners to buy property in Turkey.
5- Once you have received your deed, you are the legal owner of the land. Now you can begin thinking about your dream villa.We have a selection of plans available, but if you like the change tos it down an architect and develop something unique and personal.This service is included at no extra charge. After the architect draw the flor plans and realistic 3D images of the villa and it is completed and the building materials are chosen ,we can start building work and supervise all the things for you.It will take about 6 months to complete your building work and then we will get your living permission from the municipality ,connect up electricty, telephone,water to your house.
6- To carry out all these process , we need to get your authoriy and ask you for the Money required to pay all kinds of fees (i.e. Money paid to a government Office for these services)
7- We will give you 5 year of guaranty for ours houses and 10 years of guarantee for swimming pool we build.
8- We can also help you furnish your house with firt class materials.
9- We use the first class materials in your building and you will get a chance to supervise our work whenever you wish.
10- You can pay either in cash or on the installment plan; that’s you can pay your sum in installments in 8 months or longer period.
Payment is due in installments :
- 35 % on signing of the contract
- 30 % after structural construction
- 30 % on final completion
- 5 % at handover of the keys
